meet Brytton & Maggie Rogers.
Brytton and his wife Maggie are based in Franklin, TN, where they’re raising their family and building a life centered around faith and stewardship. With a background in accounting and finance, Brytton brings trusted expertise to serve corporate clients, small businesses, and churches.
Together, they share a heart for helping individuals, families, and business owners manage their finances with clarity and confidence, stewarding what they’ve been given well at home and in business.

Brytton Rogers
Brytton started Realine in his garage roughly two years ago, with a desire to simply help as many people as he could with money. While working full-time elsewhere, he was approached with numerous opportunities for “side-work”, ultimatley resulting in creating “Realine.” Two years later, he leads a team of contractors, who are pushing the mission forward of helping business owners get back to their “why”.

Maggie Rogers
Maggie is the wife of our founder, Brytton, and is our Chief Operating Officer. She helps with all things operations, admin work and strategy. We refer to her as the “glue” to our organization, as she’s seen the evolution of the company from its roots to its’ current state. Maggie does all things from executive admin work up to high level decision making for the organization. She makes Realine better by showing up every day!

GARRET ROGERS
Garrett is the brother of Founder & CEO, Brytton Rogers. Garrett has had a unique perspective into the business, with it being a family ran business. He is married to Priscilla, and has a beautiful daughter. Garrett is an excellent addition to our team. Garrett creates our Podcast & Video content, while simultaneously doing other tasks behind the scenes. We couldn’t do what we do without him!

Abby connolly
Abby recently joined our team in an effort to help Realine grow its’ social media presence. Her desire to take content and make it mean something to someone, somewhere, is what we love about Abby. She cares deeply about people, brands, and most importantly, her family. She runs her own business called Arc&Co. Design and serves a variety of clients; building websites, social media platforms, and brands — including our own! We’re so thankful to have Abby at Realine.
